Our guests for the Luncheon will include representatives from the PA Department of Transportation, District 6-0 including Traffic Services Manager, Fran Hanney, as well as permits Manager, Rich Avicolli.

The program will include a presentation by District Representatives on the state of the Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP) program as well as Department's efforts to improve & streamline the process for applicants.

There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions of the regulatory agency represenatives.
