Transportation impact fees are a funding mechanism permitted by the PA Municipalities Planning Code. Onlot Sewage Planning Under Act 34 Presenters: Duane Mowery, PA SAC Chair; Adam Browning, Penn’s Trail Environmental When?   Thursday, July 29, 2021; 10:30am-12:00pm Cost?   Free for members Location?  Webinar (via Zoom) Description: Act 34 of 2020 was designed to make it easier to use alternate onsite wastewater technologies during the land development planning process. However, as PADEP began its implementation process for Act 34, several issues were raised by property owners and the regulated community.
