Description: In this presentation, DVRPC staff will discuss the evaluation of site location and infrastructure requirements for electric vehicles. The speaker will cover the considerations that civil engineers should take into account when designing EV infrastructure such as public charging stations, parking lot design, and charger placement. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of EV Infrastructure needs, learning best site design practices that will ensure a smooth transition to electric vehicles on your next project.
