Presenters will lead attendees through various real-world ethical scenarios confronted by civil engineers. The choices that were made (or should have been made) by the engineer will be discussed as will the legal and professional consequences. Learn from other’s mistakes what actions can place your license at jeopardy.

This presentation will address: electronic document management of plans, RFI’s, submittals, and field changes; transition from land development approval plan rrocess to construction plan process; and, suggestions to help Site/Civil Engineers improve their plans/role in the construction process.

This presentation will provide detailed information on the PA DEP Stormwater Treatment Regulations and the PA BMP Stormwater manual. It will include project design examples, and cover the various underground stormwater management treatment strategies that provide pretreatment and also stand-alone treatment (85% TSS, 85% TP and 50% TN Removal). This presentation will also provide an update on the PADEP Jellyfish approval.
